How do I get ACTUAL support for this product?? I have 3 licenses and none of them will activate...

Subject says it all. I work in IT and wipe and reload my systems constantly which I have many of. Now I can't activate any of the 3 licenses I am paying for and there is no official support avenue given when I go to support under my account other than Twitter that isnt' responded to or One on One or Facebook Messenger that Parallels NEVER EVER EVER responds to so here I am paying for this product and I have to go to general forum support. Unbelievable. I want to activate the licenses I am PAYING FOR. How do I do that???

Did you get any specific error messages during the activation?
Could you share the screenshot of the issue please?
