Strange: VLC UDP-Multicast-Stream works only, when Parallels Desktop is shut down

Dear Parallels team and users,

maybe somebody can help me with this strange behavior:
We have some internal company udp streams with IPTV programmes that I can stream over UDP via VLC on OS X (Big Sur 11.5.2).
The stream url is standard, like udp://ip-adressort.
When I start Parallels Desktop (17.0.1-51482) the stream is blocked. Even when I haven´t started Windows yet.

Other way around: I close Parallels Desktop (shut down the application) the stream works again.
Suggestions anyone?
