Running Windows 10 Pro as guest OS on a 2015 MacBook Pro running macOS 11.5.1
I have two astronomy cameras that have always worked.

With this latest update, when I connected a camera, I saw a different window which wanted to know if I should always allow Parallels to access the device. I said yes.
When I then go to USB devices to connect the camera, I no longer get a check mark indicated that the camera is connected. And my astronomy apps (any of them) cannot connect to the cameras.
I thought it might be a USB hub that I was using, so I connected the cameras directly the the MacBook Pro. Same problem.
I thought it migh be the USB cable, but each camera has its own cable.
It is not my USB port, because
