Refund of Wrong Purchase

Hi! I made a wrong purchase and would like a refund. I want to buy new license to a activate parallel desktop but, unfortunately, I made the purchase of update license and i doesn't have any of previous parallels version. In fact, I'm new to this platform. Please refund this purchase so that I can buy correct one.

Hi Muhammad,
As I see, the refund for the Parallels Desktop license has been initiated for order №279441463. Funds will be credited back within 5-7 business days.
The respective license key for Parallels Desktop will be deactivated shortly.

How do I go about getting the full parallel on my computer since I selected upgrade instead of the regular one. Do I need to get a refund or can I pay more & get a different key? please help.

Hi Annia,

If you don't have a license key from one of the previous Parallels Desktop versions to confirm the upgrade key, you should arrange a refund for the upgrade key (as described in https://kb.parallels.com/123877 or reply to this response and provide me with the ref. number of the order) and purchase a new full license key then: https://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/buy/?full .
