License server rejects it

Purchased Parallels Pro edition for home but cannot register it with Parallels 14.
I am using an old mac book pro with MacOS Sierra that does not support 16. Do I need latest version of Parallels to activate?

Let us know the error you are getting. Please share a screenshot of the error message to check and advise.

We see that you have purchased a one-time key for Parallels Desktop 16 which cannot be used to activate Parallels Desktop 14. If you buy a yearly subscription key, that can be only used to activate Parallels Desktop 14. We suggest you not share the whole key in a public post.
