ChromaCam installed on my mac Killed Parallels 14. Had to unistall ChromaCam

Suddenly today none of my virtual machines would launch.
I was just getting a windows error and a parallels notice that a problem had occurred.
Luckily I hadn't changed too much on my machine since I last ran Parallels. I had only stalled ChromaCam at the suggestion of GotoMeeting to blur my background.
I didn't have ChromaCam running or anything. Just having it installed was enough to kill Parallels. Uninstalling ChromaCam fixed all of my virtual machines.

Part of the error was:

Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV)
Exception Codes: KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS at 0x0000000000000000
Exception Note: EXC_CORPSE_NOTIFY
