Can't Activate Window 10 from Imported Boot Camp

Does anyone know how to do this? I have my product key, and I haven't deleted my Boot Camp partition yet. I tried deactivating that BC install and then trying to activate the Parallels one, and it fails and fails. Help?

Hello, do you have any specific error message during the activation?
 
Yes. I've tried this so many times and ways, I've seen two:
0x803fa067
and
0xC004f211
Both seem to say I don't have a legit product key or digital license.
However, I've de-activated and then re-activated my Boot Camp Windows 10 install a few times during trying to get this whole thing to work, and the product key works perfectly well there.
