Purchased Parallels Desktop 16 and cannot active Toolbox with license key

    I recently purchased Parallels Desktop 16 upgrade. When I try and use this key to activate Toolbox, I get the message:
    "Your product license has expired"

    Please help. Thanks!

    please try to restart your Parallels Toolbox and check the issue.
    Also please let us know did you enter your Parallels Desktop 16 license key to activate your Parallels Toolbox?

    Hi,
    I restarted Parallels Toolbox and the entire Mac computer several times. Yes, I entered my Parallels Desktop 16 license key, directly from my products on the Parallels website.

    Hi,
    I am having the same problem with registering Toolbox on version 16. But my message is the Licence server does not recognise your code. The activation code was copy and pasted from my account details. Tried several times and restarting without success. Please advise

    Did you get any specific error message? Could you share the screenshot of the error message please?

    I click to activate Toolbox, enter my Parallels 16 upgrade license key directly from Parallels.com website, then the error says "Your product license has expired."

    I have a Mac M1 Preview and want to activate the Toolbox, so that I can adjust the resolution of the Linux VM. The Preview Code is invalid for the Toolbox.

    We checked your account and found you have a one-time license for Parallels Desktop 16, with a one-time license you will only get a 3-month promotional subscription for Parallels Toolbox which was expired in Nov 2020. If you wish to use Parallels Toolbox, you can buy a separate subscription for it.

    Thank you for looking into this. I thought Toolbox came with Desktop for a year, maybe that's how it used to be in past versions.

    With a perpetual Parallels Desktop for Mac license you get a three-month subscription for Parallels Toolbox for Mac and Windows. Please check this KB article for more info and ket us know if you have any additional questions.
