Failed to get video. The video service may not be supported

New user of Parallels Toolbox for Mac. Seems like the download video does not work with YouTube. Is there an issue with download video and YouTube? It seems to work fine on Vimeo.

When I try to download a video, the progress bar counts down twice as fast so that it thinks it's done when really only HALF of the video is downloaded. And so when Parallels claims the video has successfully downloaded, Quicktime Player says "The file is not a movie file" and can't play it. i'm on iMac, High Sierra, Parallels toolbox 4.1.1. Please HELP!

Try to change preferred quality of downloading in preferences inside "Download Video" tool. Set 'High' preferred quality, or set 'Max' in preferred quality and change second option to 'Download MP4 in lower quality' or 'Convert to MP4'.
