Where would be a good place to send support a dump file so they can diagnose and patch issues? I'm trying to run the latest Project Reality update and it crashes as soon as I hear the first second of menu music.

I can't seem to find anything related to that in the support section, and it's rather frustrating to not see the option to make a ticket where you can upload stuff privately.

I posted the dump file in question just in case anyone else has a clue about kernel stuff and can offer some more input.

    Thanks!

May we ask you for the tech report data? Could you collect it please once the issue reoccurs and post the report's ID here?

Thanks for the reply, I'll send the report ID if it happens again. I reinstalled Windows 10 on a 64-bit OS and am currently redownloading the game to see if the issue is still there.

Hi, so I managed to get Project Reality working again after a reinstall, but I do have another issue which is the frame-rate discrepancy. IIRC, the refresh rate for Mac Catalina is 60hz, yet I can't seem to get my Parallels Windows 10 64-bit refresh rate, which is at 64hz to match, resulting in low performance on Parallels and subsequently on Project Reality. Report number is 353707786.

Nvm I've appeared to have fixed the issue by reinstalling Parallel Tools.

Okay, so now I can't run PR 1.6.3.4 after having gotten it to run successfully on PR 1.6.3.3. Technical report ID is 353870137.

    Thank you for your reply.
Did you get any specific error when you're running Project Reality?

No, but the dump file produced should have some information if there's anyone on the Parallels team that can read those.
