Hi, you can wait till the end of your subscription (turn off the autorenewal) and then purchase the permanent version.

My Subscription has ended, I would also like to purchase a permanent license. However, there doesn't seem to be an option to do so. How is this done?

Hello, could you clarify please, are you unable to purchase Parallels Desktop permanent license?
Did you get any specific error message?
