我在2016年购买了Parallels Desktop 12.

我在邮箱里找到了当时购买的注册码，我输入之后，提醒我这是一个升级注册码，需要我填写老的码.我在邮箱中找到了一串老的码（邮箱里告诉我说，有时候注册可能需要这个老的码）。
当我填写了两个注册码，仍然提示我：

现在我需要解决这个问题，究竟是哪一个注册码错误？我该如何注册？

I purchased Parallels Desktop 12 in 2016.

I found the registration code purchased at the time in the mailbox. After entering it, I was reminded that this is an upgrade registration code, which requires me to fill in the old code. Unable to activate Parallels Desktop: the license server did not accept the product key of the earlier version of Parallels Desktop

Now I need to solve this problem. Which registration code is wrong? How do I register?

We can see that Parallels Desktop 12 upgrade is only registered under current account. We like to know the old key you are trying use. Reply to our private message with the old key.
