El Capitan/Yosemite OSX VM: No video, only audio

I have a macbook pro running El Capitan with and am evaluating Parallels v11 also running OSX (both El Capitan and Yosemite).
All works fine except NO video when I try to play a video file when the Audio works perfectly! I tried VLC player and several other Video Players and with all the same result. There don't seem to be any errors.

The strange thing is that QuickTime DOES produce the Video correctly. However I need VLC or similar due to the multiple file support).

Other information
- Tried while running both Yosemite and El Capitan in the VM; both have the same results (NO Video, only Audio)
- Tried installing different free Video Players for Mac and they all seem to behave the exact same way..
- VLC on my HOST OSX does work without any problems.
Any ideas??

Yes, I put graphics to 512mb
