Having problems loading the windows screen

Hello, when does the issue appear at the first time? Maybe after macOS, Windows or Parallels Desktop update?
what is your Parallels Desktop and macOS version? Did you reinstall Parallels Tools?

Hi Marie, Thanks for getting back to me but I got it sorted in the end but I'm not sure quite how as I think it was an accumulation of a few different things.

Also did you reinstall Parallels Tools and check the issue?
