Activate license in new mac

Hello,

I have changed my Mac, and now i can't activate the license.
I signed out and uninstalled Parallels from the old Mac but it's still not working, it says that i reached the limit of activations. How can i solve it?

We have reset the key. Try to activate it now and check.
