planning to upgrade from v13 standard to v15 pro 1year subscription

My colleague is planning to upgrade from v13 std to v15 pro(12-month subscription) but there are some concerns.
1. The v15 pro subscription will be purchased as a license key that can be directly used in current v13 under the same account?
2. After 1 year subscription, it will not be able to continue to work. Will there be any auto renewable plan or can that switch back to standard ver (not subscription)?

Hi, you can purchase upgrade and then receive new key and download link, then you will be able to download newest version and active it with your key.
You can turn off or turn on the autorenewal of your subscription, please check this KB article for more info and let us know if you have any additional questions.
