Loss Coherence Mode

When installing 15 for MAC Pro Edition I have lost my ability to enter coherence. It is grayed out. Read some other posts about this but they did not help. Are there any very specific steps to take to get this back. I use Windows 7.

Hi MichaelR45. Please follow the steps from this article to reinstall Parallels Tools and check if it works fine.
 
I have the same problem. Followed the instructions provided but no luck. I believe they are older instructions. I am running Catalina 10.15 with the latest Parallel 15 desktop and update the tool box as well.

Hi, did you reinstall the Parallels Tools ? (not the Parallels Toolbox, it's a separate app)
Did you get any error during the Parallels Tools installation> Are you using Windows or Linux OS in your VM?
