Recently purchased Parallels 15 Desktop life-time, was wondering if I could switch to Pro instead?

Hi there,
I had contacted support about this before, but there was a bug in the chat box and I ended up creating duplicate tickets accidentally. Since I very recently purchased Parallels Desktop 15 for $99.99 (same cost as yearly subscription to Pro) I was wondering if I could switch to Pro instead without having to pay the $49.99 upgrade fee? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Hi, unfortunately there is no option to convert a perpetual license into a subscription. If your purchase was made within 30 days you can get a refund for your purchase and purchase a new subscription for Parallels Desktop Pro Edition. Or purchase an Upgrade License for Parallels Desktop Pro Edition for $49.99.
