We do not have any monthly subscriptions for Parallels Desktop. We checked and found you have a Parallels Access subscription through App Store. You can contact Apple Support to cancel that subscription.

When I click on delete account I have to fill in my password and then it says it wil send me a confirmation email. After that I'm not getting a confirmation email to delete my account. Can you delete my account of parallels.
