Unable to create VM from Bootcamp

Hi

Running High sierra 10.13.1 and parallels 13.3.0, im unable to create a VM from a Bootcamp partition.
I've tried all the suggestions from the forum: disabling csruticl, running chkdsk and nothing seems to be working
When i run Parallels 12 I can see the Bootcamp partition when trying to make a manual install, but I get an error about disk permission, which chkdsk didn't fix.
Running Parallels 13 I can't even see the Bootcamp partition

Any help would be appriciated

Hi @ChristofferP2, can you please tell me more about this Boot Camp partition?
1. Did you install it using Apple's Boot Camp Assistant?
2. How long ago did you install Windows to Boot Camp?
2. What version of Windows is installed?
3. Were you able to use this Boot Camp installation in virtual machine previously? Before macOS upgrade?
 
Yes, it's installed through BC
It's a clean install of both operations systems and about 2 weeks old.
It's running Windows 10 enterprise

Thank you. Can you please proceed with the following steps for further troubleshooting:
1. Boot to Recovery (hold Cmd + R upon Mac boot)
2. Open Terminal via 'Utilities' menu
3. Execute: csrutil disable
4. Boot to macOS natively. Open Terminal and execute: sudo dd if=/dev/disk0 of=~/disk.bin count=2048
5. A file disk.bin will be created at your user's home directory.
6. Please zip the file (right-click > Compress) and upload it to any convenient file share, then reply to me back.
7. Boot to Recovery again to enable System Integrity Protection back: csrutil enable

I can't upload it - "The uploaded file does not have an allowed extension."
 
Thanks a lot! Looks like Boot Camp partition cannot be mounted to macOS. You can check it by opening Disk Utility, selecting Boot Camp partition and clicking 'Mount', probably you will get an error. If yes, please boot to Windows 10 natively, schedule a disk check (command chkdsk /r in Command Prompt), reboot to Windows again, wait for disk check to complete, then boot to macOS and try to mount Boot Camp again.

Once Boot Camp partition can be mounted successfully to macOS, open Parallels Desktop and check if you can create a Boot Camp based virtual machine.

Clicking mount results in nothing - not even an error.
Just ran chkdsk /r and it's the same
