Windows loads with desktop background, but no login box

    Have run Parallels 12 for Mac for some time, no problems, but just recently I have reached a 'dead end' when loading as the screen loads as far as the desktop background but does not display the login box for me to enter my Windows password. Memory looks fine. Any ideas ?
