Bit poster
I get this message when I try to create a new VM.
You do not have permission to create a virtual machine in the
"/volume/untitled/my bootcamp.pvm" folder
I use OS 10.11.2 and 11.1.2 for Parallels
and Windows 10 as Bootcamp
 
Hi support, I am having the same issue, the software on mine is different para 13, I get to the section where it says name and location, windows 10 location /volume/BOOTCAMP I hit Customise settings before installation but just get the message: You do not have the permission to create a virtual machine in the "Volumes/BOOTCAMP/Windows 10.pvm" folder, this is really starting to frustrate me now, trying to get my work done and have spent hours on this, please help/

Hi @KevinD3, we released a new update Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac Update 1 (13.1.0-43108) and this update for Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac 13.1.0 (43108) addresses this issue. To check for updates, click on the Parallels Desktop menu on Mac menu bar and select Check for Updates: http://kb.parallels.com/124262
