Just bought P13, must pay for P14 already ?

Hi I wanted to upgrade to P14 with my license code. System refuses. Is my code already invalid for upgrade after less than 3 months ??

Wrong indeed. But I keep getting messages saying "Your Parallels Desktop is a version behind - Upgrade to the latest version with 40+ new features and ready for macOS High Sierra" and asking 49 dollars. For a program I bought less than three months ago !

Less than 3 months would indicate you will of most likely bought Parallels 12, if you bought within a short timespan Parallels sometimes do honour upgrades, I would contact them.

Parallels Desktop 12 is still supported and will support macOS High Sierra after its release. You refer to Tech Guarantee page to know more about the free upgrade.
