Hi, I just noticed that if I try to move a windows program inside a fullscreen vm there is a small region at top that grabs the whole fullscreen vm. Instead of trying to explain the problem here is a youtube video showing the problem:

This is version
Version 12.2.1 (41615) on 10.12.6

It also only happens when I have a external screen hooked up to my macbook.

You can try changing resolution settings to VM configuration > Hardware > Graphics > Best for external displays.

I have the same problem. It's still there in PD13. Together with HighSierra and still no (re-introducted) support for usable multi-monitor operation, Parallels has become pretty unusable at this point. Support is nonexistent, have been battling with them for over a year with absolutely no success!
