Upgade to Parrallels 12 from Parallels 9

Hi,

I bought for 50$ to upgrade to Parallels 12. I just realised a need an activiation key from prior version that I do no longer have. What can I do to activate what I just bought?

Hello OlivierL1,
You can only upgrade to Parallels Desktop 12 from Parallels Desktop 10/11. Refer this article. If you have Parallels Desktop 10/11 key under different account use it to complete activation or let us know we can initiate refund for the upgrade.
 
Hello. Thanks for the quick reply. I would appreciate a refund. Once completed, please provide confirmation #. I will then buy the Parrallels 12 version. In the meantime, I am using the trial version
