I just purchased Parallels a few months ago and came to find out I need to upgrade again in order to use the product with Mac's new OSX. Who can I speak to in order to get a possible complimentary upgrade given the short timeline ? Thanks...

If you use PD11 you can upgrade it by purchasing 12 version from parallels.com
BTW check this http://www.parallels.com/techguarantee2016/ (may be you're eligible for free upgrade).

It appears you have purchased and activated Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac on 2016-06-14 which isn't eligible for a free upgrade to Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac. You can purchase an upgrade version of Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac from here
