connect between 2 vms

Hello,

I have installed 1 vm with Windows Server 2012 and SQL Server 2014 Express and 1 vm with Windows 10 and Excel.
Now I would like to connect the two over a ODCB connection but the Server was not found.
The TCP/IP is enable on the Server
I can't see the other machine under Explorer/Network.
What can I do, which further information do you need for help?

Edit: I change the vm network configuration, now I have look.

In Network and Sharing Center go to "Change advanced sharing settings and enable netowrk discovery. In regards to connection to SQL server, I presume that firewall can block it.
finally, make sure that both VMs are in the same network mode (Shared, Bridged).

Hello,

where I can find the Network and Sharing Center?
 
no luck I can't connect to the Windows Server 2012. The all things from ahead are set.
The firewall is off, for the test.
