delete virtual machine from parallel 7 on EL CAPITAN

I installed El Capitan, and Parallels 7 does not work, how can I do to remove the virtual machine from the mac and free up the space allocated to the virtual machine?

Refer to http://kb.parallels.com/5029 for deleting a virtual machine. Make sure you have backed up your virtual machine as per http://kb.parallels.com/4859 just in case id you need any data from it.

i can't start Parallels Desktop because is version 7 ,EL CAPITAN not support it, i can't remove the virtual machine through Parallel .How can i do to remove virtual machine without using Parallel and free up memory ?
