    Hello All

Maybe someone has a solution for me?

My browser screen keeps flickering looks like redraw of screen which drives me nuts.
In Safari the problem is not there.

VM has 256 Mbytes in Graphics HW setting of the VM.

I am using the latest version of Chrome Browser with development tools.
Need Chrome for doing web development.

The hardware I am using is as follows:
Mac mini (Late 2014) Processor: 3 GHz Intel Core i7 Memory: 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Graphics: Intel Iris 1536 MB
    OS: OS X 10.10.4 Yosemite

I wish someone would provide an answer. I have the same problem (Parallels 10/OS X 10.10 Yosemite VM)...constant flickering when using chrome. Not when using Safari......or Firefox.

Hi all, did you try the workaround below?

    1) Go to: chrome://flags
    2) Find the GPU Compositing and Threaded Compositing flags, and select "Enabled" from the dropdown
    3) At the bottom of the window, please select "Relaunch Now"

Maria, I see lots of flags, but neither of those. I search on GPU, and Threaded, and Compositing, but those do not come up in the flags

Ok, and could you please increase the Video memory in the Virtual machine configuration till 512MB for example?

I made a support call and I was told that this is no bug but how Parallels is designed today.
So I moved to VMWare Fusion which has no funny video problems. Got a refund :).
Unfortunately for Parallels it means that I will not be buying 2200 licenses from them but from VMWare now.

Hi, same problem for me. Increasing video memory up to 512MB didn't help at all. All ui elements of chrome (including title bar) is black.
And there is a lot of messages like this in Xorg log file when chrome is running:
    Code:
    [ 344.041] (II) PRLCONTROL: GL PBuffer(this=0x7f446262acc0, host_pbuf=55EC2F7E, glxId=3000003, drawId=3000001, GLXDrawablePtr=0x7f446262ab70, DrawablePtr=0x7f446262a800, tex_fmt=20DA, tex_tgt=20DC) created
