I just let the program install the 9.0.24217 update. Now Parallels will not run. It opens and then I just get a pinwheel forever - the program never opens fully. I moved all of the plist files, but nothing changed. Where do I go from here?? Failing updates do not make for happy customers.
Am I the only one having this problem?? I need this program running. I do not have time for problems like this.
Hi WakkoWarner, - Please uninstall Parallels Desktop as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/116992 - Download Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac from http://www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd9 which is the latest build and install it. Thanks, Abdul
