Parallels 8 upgrade to Parallels 9 "Complain Page"

VMWare has exactly the same policy and release cycle.

 

So differentiate yourselves and focus on what your customers are saying. If you keep your customers happy they will stick with you.

I agree with this complaint finding it unfair that a product like Parallels not be updated for free to work on the Mavericks.

49,99e for update? again?
No thanks.. Parallels is great, but 49,99e per year is too much..

I remove parallels and use bootcamp.. thats it..

 

It seems that the Parallels-Management read this posts and changed its policy for Parallels 8:
Some days before Mavericks started, an update made Parallels 8 Mavericks ready. And now it's working well. I'm happy now! Thats what I expectet in minimum and this is good service!
