Windows 7 Bootcamp - How to show BOOTCAMP volume in finder while VM running

Is there a way so that I can copy files to and from the bootcamp NTFS volume using finder, while the bootcamp VM is running?
I'm a mid 2014 MBP Retina running Parallels Desktop 11.0.1.
I just installed win7 ultimate 64bit.
Everything seems to be working except when I start the VM in Parallels Desktop, the bootcamp volume disappears from finder. I'd like to still have it there.

I tried sharing but that doesn't work - I don't see it in finder.

Any suggestions are most appreciated. Thanks!
