Win 11 ARM DHCP broken on MBP M1 when using bridged network

Hi,

I have a MBP M1 on which I run parallels to connect to specific hardware devices (AiM solo 2 DL laptimers). To do this, I need the bridged network option: I connect the macbook to the AiM device's WiFi, and then run software within the win 11 VM that discovers the device through the bridged network connection. This used to work just fine, but recently, I cannot discover any devices anymore. I noticed that even basic DHCP fails (the win VM gets a self-assigned 169.254.x.x IP). This happens on the AiM device's WiFi, but also on my normal home WiFi.
I suspect a recent update broke DHCP (and possibly other broadcast/multicast discovery traffic as well, I'm guessing MACNAT related). I don't know which update it would have been though (Mac OS or parallels). I've already gone through restarting the mac / restarting the VM / resetting the network settings / etc.
I've made a technical report with ID 525912029. Any ideas what might be wrong still?
