Will be upgrading from M1 Max Mac Studio to M5 Ultra Mac Studio, any impact on Windows 11 install?

Not a question of performance, but if the VM will be able to simply start on the new system or should I do a completely fresh installation of Windows 11 Pro on the new system other than migrating the VM file?
