I cannot get a Windows Vista VM onto my Mac running Snow Leopard (OSX v10.6.2) having updated Parallels Desktop to v4.0.3848 because I do not have the right version of Transporter Agent for the Vista machine. I keep getting an error message saying I must synchronise the Parallels Transporter app on the Mac with the version of Transporter Agent on the Vista machine. I'm using the latest build of Parallels Desktop 4 and the latest version of Transporter Agent. How do I get the correct version of Agent? Knowledge Base item 5802 purports to clarify which version is needed but there is no reference there to PDv4.0.3848 and the whole table is difficult to follow.
