According to the documentation, there's supposed to be an icon in the system tray but after installing Windows XP, I don't see anything. So how do I get these tools running?
I keep answering my own questions - there's an option in the main Mac Window for installing these tools. I should have looked there first - but maybe this post will help someone else. This program is amazingly similar in all respects to VMWARE which I've been running for years. D
It also depends on you having AutoPlay enabled in Windows, or you get PD hanging with only a "Cancel tools install" menu option for company.
