I am trying to install Jeppesen Marine's PC-Planner application. This app comes with a usb card reader that the software must find otherwise it stays in demo mode. I cannot get Windows to see the USB card reader. I've installed the latest drivers and still nothing shows in Windows Device Manager. Anybody know a work around?
