Updating and Installing drivers in Windows 7

I just have a new installation of Parallels 6 on top of my Macbook Pro i7 with a Windows7 x64 Ultimate bootcamped. I actually have two questions about the update and install of drivers.

After two days of enjoying the power of Parallels 6, I noticed Win7 notification that I need to update drivers of my virtual machine and points the link to here: http://download.parallels.com/desktop/v5/docs/en/Parallels_Desktop_Users_Guide/22575.htm What should I do with is? I don't think the link is the problem I have (do I even have a real problem??)

Another thing is updating my nvidia video drivers. Is that safe to do if I get the drivers from the nVidia site?
