Update Parallels RAS

Hi team,
we updated Paralles Ras 21.1 (build 26548).
We have about 50 VDIs, each VDI has its associated domain user associated.
After update this associate after the update the association got lost.

Are there any step for update the Paralles Ras neve to loss associated

User assignment should not be lost after an upgrade.
To determine what may have caused this behavior, we will need to review the relevant logs.
Could you please open a support case at https://my.parallels.com/login so we can begin the investigation?
Additionally, please confirm the version and build number from which the upgrade was performed.
Once we have this information, we will be able to proceed with a more detailed analysis.

Hi FedeleC,
I had the same issue with the latest version. Well is not during the upgrade process , but we saw in the controller.log many line saying lost connection to our provider vmware. Pretty weird... I contacted support and they saw the error and they said in the next release 21.2 this will contains the fix. What happen to me is one day in the morning all VDI lost their assignement as well. Fortunately I had a excel sheet where I identified witch VDI was associate to who.
