I have purchased Parallels for Desktop Mac Pro Edition a year back and stopped using it for the past 8 months. I thought it would run off till the expiration date and today I found that I was charged a renewal fee without any prior intimation. Please cancel the current subscription and issue a refund.
Hello, I was charged for the Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition (1 Year) a couple of days ago since I forgot that the subscription automatically renews. Hello, I purchased a Parallels desktop Upgrade for the Mac standard edition a few minutes ago, and when I tried to activate it. It sent me another page to put my previous key, which I don't have. I only use 14-day trials.
