Unable to Start OS X Guest VM from yesterday to now

I got a big Problem,

Yesterday all works fine.. Shutting down an restart Today...
If i try to Start my Mac OS X Yosemite VM i got this screen after 1 Minute.



I don't know what to do
There are quite a lot of important Files on it! I have to Access..

Yesterday perhaps the only thing i did is klicking on compress the hard drive.. i know its not supported..
and won't supposed to do that... i realized to late that this is not my Windows VM..
is this causing the error now ?

I've tried some things...
Boot into Recovery Mode...

Hi all,
To resolve this issue, please follow the steps given below :

1. Please shutdown the Virtual Machine and open virtual machine's Configuration http://kb.parallels.com/117287 > Hardware Tab > Boot Order
   
   
2. Add the following boot flag into the Boot flags field :
   
   vm.efi.mac_recovery=1
   
   
3. Start virtual machine.
