Unable to activate license after macOS reinstallation - Order #373315095

    Hello,

    I purchased Parallels Desktop in December 2022 via Cleverbridge (Order #373315095).
    After reinstalling macOS due to a system issue, I am no longer able to activate my license.
    The application now asks me to upgrade to Parallels Desktop 19, even though I already own a valid perpetual license.

    I am not requesting an upgrade. I only wish to reinstall and activate the version that corresponds to the license I purchased.
    If my Mac had not required reinstallation, the product would still be working normally.

    Could you please advise how I can download and activate the correct Parallels Desktop version for my existing license?
