Secret of Monkey Island: SE which used to work now launches & immediately closes in Windows 10

I have a Macbook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015),
  • Processor: 2.7 Ghz Dual-Core Intel Core i5
  • Memory: 16GB 1867 MHz DDR3
  • Graphics: Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB

I have:
  • macOS Monterey (Version 12.3.1)
  • Parallels Desktop 17.1.12 for Mac
  • Windows 10 version 21H1
  • Steam and Secret Of Monkey Island: Special Edition

The game was working until I updated MacOS to this current version, now the game launches and immediately closes. I tried updating my macOS, windows, parallels, steam, and the game. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Nothing seems to work. Is it possible to get the game working again?

Its doesn't give any error message. When I select to launch the game, It opens up a blank white window for a split second and then immediately closes it, then nothing. When I try to launch it with Task Manager open, I can see the Secret of Monkey Island SE (32 bit) process open then immediately shut down.
