please help me delete/close Parallels account

I need help closing my account.

Is this the page (screenshot below) the one I go to to delete (close) my Parallels account? I want to deactivate/delete/close my account because it's incompatible with some of my daily software. Language in other area of the site is confusing, which causes me to distrust that, "Delete Account" actually means that my account will be deactivated and Paralles will no longer charge me for it. "Delete Account" could mean that only my user is removed (not what I want).

I need to deactivate/close the account because I don't want to use Parallels any longer. How do I do that?

Hello,
Indeed, the Delete Account button only deletes your Parallels Account.
In order to manage your subscription and turn off the autorenewal, you may refer to the steps from here: https://kb.parallels.com/en/123365
Please Turn off the autorenewal first, then proceed to click on Delete Account.
