I have an annual Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard subscription due to renew on 26 September 2026 for R2,524.71.
My Parallels account does not show the subscription, and because it treats me as a permanent-licence customer, my free chat/email support has also expired. I therefore have no way to cancel the subscription through my account.
Please manually disable auto-renewal for this subscription and confirm that no payment will be taken on 26 September 2026.
