I had to factory reset my MacOS today and now my lifetime permanent license for Parallels Desktop 18 must be upgraded because Parallels Desktop 26 is the only option. What an absolute scam. Cleverbridge and Parallels are the scummiest providers I've ever dealt with in technology. If you are reading this, stay away from this company.
Hello Kyle. We apologize for the experience you had. You installed version 26, the reason the license key will not work. Please uninstall version 26. Once done, download and install version 18 using the link below: https://download.parallels.com/desktop/v18/18.3.4-53630/ParallelsDesktop-18.3.4-53630.dmg But if you are running the latest macOS version, you may have compatibility issues.
