Parallels v2026, Windows 8.1 vm moved to new mac access denied

    Hello,
    I have installed Parallels V2026 on an intel MacBook (32GB ram, 1TB drive). I have moved my Windows 8.1 VM to the new mac, in the same folder as the old MacBook (which has failed).

    I try to launch the 8.1 VM and I get access denied. I have followed all the steps in the troubleshoot doc and I get the same error.

    What is the correct way to move a VM to a new Machine? I restored off a time machine backup.

    Hello,
    Kindly proceed with the steps below:
    1. Reproduce the issue and provide a screenshot of the error message.
    2. Collect a technical report. To generate the report, right-click on the Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report, and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this email.
