Parallels Tools not installed

    Ticket No. 1033335. Error message: Failed to remove "root enumerated device" necessary for Parallels Paravirtualization driver. Advanced to Level 2. Nobody has contacted me for 14 days. This happens every time I upgrade. Looking for a permanent solution. This is my third time. Article ID: 8969 does not work.

    I'm having the same problem. After upgrading to the latest build, Windows 7 keeps going to the "blue screen" after a few minutes. The Parallel Tools don't show up in the add and remove applications window. But in the drop down menu the option is to reinstall them.
