Parallels Desktop for Mac 13.2 windows7 can not play encryption exe movie even I have the key。

I had the exe movie key! but it can not open!!

when I play the exe movie ，system point out this：
you must start using DirectDraw accelerate then use dxdiag.exe open the DirectDraw，othewise you can not see the movie。
I actually see the DirectDraw was allways on!!!!


how can I fix this problem ? tx！

 

HI @daonetd , please check the application vendor if this application can work in virtualized environment.

 

the same application vendor ,the same exe movie, but some one can play, some on can't.
