Parallels and their credit card processor, Cleverbridge are engaged in credit card fraud. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you purchase a Parallels product with a subscription.

    My experience:
On April 12, 2015 I ordered a Parallels Desktop subscription which bills annually to my credit card. On April 12, 2016 the subscription expired and Cleverbridge billed my credit card $69.99 and sent me a confirmation email with a link to the new license key. When I tried to use the key, the desktop software kept reporting that my subscription expired. The key was useless.
I contacted Cleverbridge immediately and they suggested I contact Parallels technical support. I did so on multiple occasions both by phone (an Indian call center...yay) and online chat between 4/14 and 5/5. Each time, the tech support representative would claim that they were unable to activate my key and that my issue would be elevated...at which point I'd hear nothing back.
To summarize: (1) My credit card was charged for a subscription. (2) The key I was given is useless. (3) Technical support can't or won't resolve the issue. In my opinion, that amounts to fraud.

Do not buy a parallels product. Fair warning.
